Gracie needs her groove back

I just cannot seem to stay motivated in this weight-loss thing. I have so many excuses.

When things are going bad, I want to eat.

When things are going good, I want to eat.

When I am stressed, I want to eat.

When I am excited, I want to eat.

When I am bored, I want to eat.

When I am tired, I want to eat.

No matter what is going on or what I am feeling, I want to eat my through it!

I am addicted to food. Pure and simple. But now that I've recognized and admitted that... what in the world do I do now?
