I had a great, healthy day today. I ate low-carb all day, even ignoring the bread and my favorite potato casserole at my dad and stepmom's house tonight. I discovered I really like turkey wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of bread. I ate scrambled eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast and actually felt satisfied until lunch. And, I drank water.... lots of it!
The only unhealthy choice I made was I did have a small slice of strawberry pie for dessert at my family's house... but I'm ok with that. I don't eat strawberry pie everyday.
Looking forward to another day of healthy eating tomorrow. I'm ready for the scale to start moving again!
