OK... I'm starting tomorrow!
Actually, I did really good today until dinner. I had scrambled eggs for breakfast. I made chicken salad for lunch. I drank all my water. I even got some exercise in the form of a family walk.
But at dinner, we went out for Mexican. My choices weren't too bad, but I did have a small amount of rice, some chips and cheese dip, and a flour tortilla with my meal.
Honestly, I'm fine with my choices. I don't want to be psycho, or all-or-nothing anymore. I did good today. I had carbs at dinner. And that's ok.
I just need to try to make the best choice I know how each and every day. I am making healthy changes, and I'm holding on to that! :)
