Ready to begin again again

AGAIN!

But seriously, I am there. I am ready. And tomorrow I am starting again.

I've decided to go back to South Beach. Yes, it's hard. But I really, REALLY need to limit my carbs in order to lose weight with my PCOS and insulin resistance. It will be a huge change for me, but I need to do it. I know the first couple weeks will be hard, when I am severely limited in my eating, but I also know that I can do it, because I've done it before. And it worked for me.

Today at lunch I had my "last meal" of a Big Mac and fries. Tomorrow, I'm going to the store to stock up on healthy foods that I can actually eat. I'm going to eat eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast. I'm going to make chicken salad or tuna or salad for lunches. And whatever we make for dinner, I'm going to find a way to have it no carb. Last time around, we even made me a pizza bake in a casserole dish when the boys had homemade pizza!

So, I'm going back on South Beach Phase 1 for my eating.

I'm going to get my water in. I've got my 32 oz water bottle all washed and ready to go.

I'm going to exercise. Today Steve and Nathan and took a walk (well, Steve and I walked while Nathan rode his bike!). We walked around one square block 3 times. And I enjoyed it!

I'm going to blog here each night and let you all know how I've done each day.

I'm doing this for me. For my health. For my witness. For my future.

It's time.
