OK, so we were going to be out and about all day today, and before we left town Steve had to go over to the church to unlock the gym for someone, so I just went ahead and weighed because I just had to know! I started this diet on Saturday, January 2, and on the 3rd I weighed in at 246 lbs. Today, after a week on South Beach...
I LOST 6 POUNDS!
So yeah, I'm definitely sticking with Phase 1 for one more week. Talk about motivation!
(Oh, and I changed my ticker to a swimmer, because let's be honest... I'd much rather swim than run!)
