Though I was grouchy. I don't think that was because of the diet though. Just had a long day.
I was proud of myself tonight at dinner. We had Phillie cheese steak sandwiches, and I had mine without the bread. Basically, I had a Phillie cheese steak pile... meat and green peppers and onions with a slice of melted cheese on top. And it was good. I won't lie and say, "I didn't even miss the bread!", because I did. For a moment. But sticking with the plan felt so much better than that bite of bread would have.
I'll be having a sugar-free fudge pop tonight and then Day 4 is done. I already want to weigh but I won't until my weekly weigh-day on Sunday. I sincerely hope my numbers have gone down some cause I have really been giving this my all!
