WIW

I've decided to change my official weigh-in from Sunday morning (at church) to Wednesday evening (at church). Why, you may ask? Well, thanks for asking. The reason is Thursday.

See, Steve has Thursdays off, and most Thursdays will find us doing something fun together as a family. That often includes eating at least one meal out. And honestly, realistically, I need to be able to not worry about my diet on Thursdays.

Hence, weighing in Wednesday nights. This way, I can work hard all week, weigh in, have the next day "off", and then get right back into it for the rest of the week.

So I weighed last night, and even though it hasn't been a full week (since Sunday, when I last "officially weighed in), I'm counting it as a week. And I'm here to inform you that this (half of a) week,
I lost 1.5 lbs!


Yep. I'm pretty awesome like that! :)

  1. I do the same thing! That's why I weigh in on Saturdays, because I know that either Sat. or Sun. we'll be going out to eat. Or maybe both days. Or like last weekend, every meal for both days.

    Anywho, I hope this day works for you better so you can enjoy your Thursday without worry.
