Yep, you guessed it... Weigh in Sunday!
Well, since Wednesday night I'm down another pound, for a total loss of 4 lbs this week! I was glad to see that pound gone in spite of the fact that we ate at Chipolte last night, and even though I got a bowl and not a burrito, it was still sitting pretty heavy this morning, if you know what I mean.
So, I've lost 7 lbs total so far, and I hope to see another good loss next week. AND, the good news is that I am now in the 230s... weighing in this AM at 239! That always feels good to get down into a new digit!
I am going to start introducing some more foods back into my diet, mostly fruit and a few healthy carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, but I'm going to try to still not eat any bread, potatoes, rice or pasta this week. I don't want to go overboard with adding things back in and end up stalling in my weight loss. I figure fruits and oatmeal and good items to start with. And though I might not see as big a loss this next week, if I can consistently lose 1-2 lbs a week I will be losing weight in a healthy, steady fashion!
